betony for us is something more than a band, it brings three best friends together and a amazing community of wonderful people. betony have a sound that is undefined by genre, not bound to a spot and not confined by music norms. 

 

jessie alphie and cal  met over the idea of starting a band and soon became best friends, alph and cal knew eachother from a band named "the last revival" they partook in.

the band would rehearse 2 days before playing a show in Norton hill balroom to a crowd of 3-400.
